When you get tired of playing, you can leave the game by typing 'quit'.
There is no [RENT](/help/commands/offer-rent/) on Dark Pawns. Your equipment is saved as long as you 
quit out in a safe area.  To see a list of how long your equipment is 
saved for, type [HELP](/help/commands/help/) [RENT](/help/commands/offer-rent/).  

Again, to keep your items, you must quit in the safe area in your hometown. 
The safe areas are the Temple of the Unholy in Kir Drax'in, The public temple 
in Kir-Oshi, and the ziggurat in Alaozar.

If you have to type [REALLYQUIT](/help/commands/reallyquit/) to leave the game, your items did not save,
and were dropped on the ground in the room you quit out in.
