Usage: shoot <projectile name> <direction> <target name>

Example: shoot arrow east janitor
         shoot quarrel up anybody
      
You must be wielding a missile weapon, such as a bow, and carrying the 
projectile. You can't shoot while fighting. If the <target name> is not
found in the room to the <direction>, your projectile will fly toward 
the first creature in the room.
