Usage : cast 'summon' <victim>
Accumulative: -
Duration : Instantaneous

Will summon a person of the name spoken. It is not possible to summon
Someone of three or more levels above yourself. If you attempt to
summon a monster, it will get a saving throw, and won't appreciate the
summon if it succeeds.

The summon spell requires that a [GLYPH](/help/spells/glyph-of-summoning/) OF [SUMMONING](/help/spells/glyph-of-summoning/) be present in the
Room for it to succeed.

You can't summon a monster to a peaceful room, and you can't summon
<victim> from a room where magic is not allowed.

On a failed summon attempt, <victim> is sometimes aware of the attempt,
and on massive failures, the caster is summoned TO the victim's location.
