The [CHOSEN](/help/wizhelp/chosen/) flag means a mortal is chosen of the gods.

The [CHOSEN](/help/wizhelp/chosen/) character is basically a playtester for the game, and can
both see and use [WIZNET](/help/wizhelp/wiznet/). 

To speak to true imms only, use [WIZNET](/help/wizhelp/wiznet/) #31 <message>.

Mortals do not see the [CHOSEN](/help/wizhelp/chosen/) flag (even Chosen mortals) on anyone but
themselves.
