The legendary sleeper hold. Just grab your opponent by the neck and soon its sleepy time for them. Zzzzz.

Note: sleeper works best on humanoid-types and some people may be too big or too strong to knock unconscious using this method. Also, you must be bare-handed to sleeper someone.
