'MIND SIGHT' MINDSIGHT

Usage : will ‘mindsight’

Using mental telepathy, the psionic “looks” through the eyes of the victim and sees the world wherever the victim may be. If the victim is of a significantly higher level than the psionic, the psionic may not be able to penetrate their mind. It is also noted that certain races and peoples have natural shields against this type of psionic mind probing. Psionics in the victim’s room (or the victim himself, if a Psionic) will be able to sense the sighting.
