Usage: hcontrol build <house vnum> <exit dir> <player name>

Usage: hcontrol build hcontrol destroy hcontrol pay hcontrol show

House control, controls the addition, removal, and payments of houses. Hcontrol show will show all the houses currently defined in the game along with their last ‘rent’ payment date.
