The CHOSEN flag means a mortal is chosen of the gods.

The CHOSEN character is basically a playtester for the game, and can both see and use WIZNET.

To speak to true imms only, use WIZNET #31 .

Mortals do not see the CHOSEN flag (even Chosen mortals) on anyone but themselves.
